I’ve bought a few things from Konsilee which I loved so I bought the mirror and it’s amazing, doesn’t fog and isn’t ugly! Was easy to put up and also clever design with the removable mirror part, haven’t had any problems with it!

Mirror quality was poor and it was scratched when I received it

Thanks for getting in touch! What you're describing sounds like the protective film on the mirror, as it can give off a scratched and cloudy appearance. To remove the film, peel back the silicone corner and then peel the protective film from the corner of the mirror, then return the silicone to its original position. Once removed, you’ll find a crystal-clear reflection underneath!
