What materials are your products made of?
We use 100% BPA-free silicone in our products to ensure we are providing our customers with the safest and highest quality products.
How do your products stick?
Our products use a very durable, no-residue adhesive to stick to almost any flat, shiny surface. This adhesive allows for a strong grip to ensure your Konsilee product will not fall from the surface you stick it to.
Are your products removable?
Yes, our products feature a no-residue adhesive, therefore, they are completely removable and will not leave behind any residue on your surface.
Are your products movable/reusable?
Absolutely! Should you need to relocate your holder, simply detach it from its current position and immediately reapply it to your desired surface, ensuring a firm press against the wall. Please keep in mind that excessive movement may gradually reduce the adhesive's tackiness.
How do I install my products?

Are your products vegan/crutely-free?
Absolutely! All of our products are free from animal materials and only tested by humans!
How long will my products last for?
As our products are made from 100% silicone, they're highly durable and designed to last you many years with proper care!
Does water accumulate within the pouch
No, our products include drainage holes which ensure any water that enters is able to drain away!
What is the best way to clean my products?
Please read the product care page in full before cleaning your products... but generally speaking, some warm, soapy water and a soft microfibre cloth will do the job!
Do you sell your products in store?
Not yet, but this is something we are working on.
Where is your warehouse located?
We are proudly Australian owned & operated. Our warehouse is located in Queensland, Australia.
Order Enquiries
My parcel is taking longer than expected, where can I find more information on its whereabouts?
After receiving the tracking number for your order, it has been forwarded to our courier partner, Australia Post. Should you have any inquiries regarding the location of your parcel while it's in transit, we recommend reaching out to Australia Post directly for assistance.
What do I do if I suspect my order has been lost in transit?
Should your package become lost during transit, kindly initiate a case with Australia Post and then contact us via our contact page with your order number and your assigned Australia Post case number.
I forgot to add a discount code or gift card, can you add it to my existing order?
Unfortunately once your order has been placed, our system does not allow us to retroactively add your discount code or gift card to the payment of your order.
How do I use a discount code?
On the 'information' page of the checkout process, there is 'discount code' section where you can simply enter your code and select 'apply'.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Unfortunately, once you have placed your order we cannot guarantee that we will be able to change the shipping address, due to quick turnaround times in our warehouse. Please ensure you check your shipping address is correct before checking out. If you have made a mistake, please contact us.
Will I receive a confirmation email?
You certainly will! If for some reason you believe you have not, send our customer care team a message via the contact us page.
