We use 100% BPA-free silicone in our products to ensure we are providing our customers with the safest and highest quality products.
Our products use a very durable, no-residue adhesive to stick to flat, shiny surfaces. This adhesive allows for a strong grip to ensure your Konsilee product will not fall from the surface you stick it to.
Yes, our products feature a no-residue adhesive, therefore, they are completely removable and will not leave behind any residue or damage on your surface.
Absolutely! If you need to relocate your holder, simply detach it from its current position and reapply it to your desired surface, pressing firmly against the wall. If you are relocating to a new home, we recommend removing the product and covering the adhesive with cling wrap to keep it clean and dry during transit. When reapplying, be sure to follow our application instructions.
Keep in mind that excessive movement, moisture, dirt, or dust can reduce the adhesive's effectiveness. Take care to keep the adhesive clean and dry for optimal performance.

No, our products include drainage holes which ensure any water that enters is able to drain away!
Please read the product care page in full before cleaning your products... but generally speaking, some warm, soapy water and a soft microfibre cloth will do the job!
Our products are exclusively available through our online store! No need to worry about waiting, though – we dispatch orders from our Queensland warehouse within 1 business day. Plus, with express shipping options, your order can arrive in as little as 1–3 business days!
We are proudly Australian owned & operated. Our warehouse is located on the Gold Coast, Australia. Unfortunately, we cannot accept pickups from our warehouse at this time.
Order Enquiries
As soon as your order is on its way, we’ll send you an email to let you know! This email will include a tracking number so you can follow its journey. Once your parcel has been handed over to our courier partner, Australia Post, they’ll take care of the delivery. If you have any questions about where your parcel is while it’s in transit, we recommend reaching out to Australia Post directly.
Should your parcel become lost during transit, kindly initiate a case with Australia Post and then contact us via our contact page with your order number and your assigned Australia Post case number.
Unfortunately once your order has been placed, our system does not allow us to retroactively add your discount code or gift card to the payment of your order.
During checkout, on the 'Information' page, you’ll find a 'Discount Code' section. Simply enter your code there and click 'Apply.' Please note that discount codes are single-use only and cannot be combined with sale promotions or other discount codes.
Unfortunately, once you have placed your order we cannot change the shipping address, due to quick turnaround times in our warehouse. Please ensure you check your shipping address is correct before checking out. If you have made a mistake, please contact Australia Post as soon as possible, using your tracking number to update your delivery address.
